By purchasing from Dinobond or any authorized dealer, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is wrong, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made before the product is used, mixed, or applied on-site.

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided.

Due to the nature of construction materials, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, partially used, exposed to moisture, or improperly stored.


2. Non-Returnable Items

These items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened adhesive/mortar/joint filler bags

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or incorrect application

  • Items purchased during special sales, discounts, or clearance offers

  • Products bought from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms outside Dinobond’s official network

  • Products returned without proof of purchase


3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos or a short video.

  2. Share order details and the batch number printed on the packaging.

  3. Our team will verify the issue and may request in-person inspection if required.

If approved, Dinobond will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product,

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit, based on the situation.

Dinobond reserves the right to determine whether the product qualifies as defective after quality assessment.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued under these conditions:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on the bank’s processing.

  • Refunds are only initiated after inspection and approval of returned goods.

Estimated processing: 3–7 business days (excluding bank delays).


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if:

  • The order has not yet been dispatched.

Once the product is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and will be treated under the return policy.


6. Wrong Product Delivered

If you received a different product than what was ordered:

  • Notify us immediately with order details and photos.

  • The product must remain unused and in original packaging.

  • Dinobond will arrange pick-up and deliver the correct product free of cost.


7. Usage & Coverage Disclaimer

Coverage and consumption of tile adhesives vary based on:

  • Surface condition

  • Tile size and thickness

  • Trowel notch size

  • Application technique

  • Site temperature and humidity

Refunds will not be issued for product performance issues caused by:

  • Incorrect surface preparation

  • Wrong adhesive selection

  • Poor workmanship

  • Deviation from recommended usage guidelines

9. Purchases from Local Dealers

If purchased from an authorized Dinobond dealer, returns/refunds must be initiated directly with the dealer, as store policies may differ.

Dinobond may assist dealers in product verification but cannot directly refund purchases made through retail outlets.
